[LATERAL] IPMI probe is no longer experimental.
[BUG FIX] Fixed the sysUpTime workaround from 5.1.3b4 to only trigger when we detect a bad clock, instead of randomly; this would have caused rate type variables to randomly be off by a factor of 10. (73759)
