Will InterMapper Flows work with sFlow, jFlow, or other "flow" protocols?
InterMapper Flows 1.0 works with Cisco NetFlow versions 1, 5, and 9. InterMapper Flows 1.1 supports sFlow versions 2, 4, and 5. We will implement other protocols (cFlow, jFlow, IPFIX, others) as we get customer demand.
Can I view InterMapper Flows via the web?
Not in version 1.0. We plan to make the charts/graphics and the table data available via a web GUI/API in a future version.
Is there a database?
Yes. InterMapper Flows uses a high-performance database optimized to store hundreds of thousands of sessions. There is currently no public API for accessing the data.
Can I send alerts/notifications?
Not in version 1.0. This will be added in a future version.
