"We used InterMapper in our test flight experiment last month and we were extremely pleased with it. The event was called Joint Expeditionary Forces Experiment (JEFX) at Nellis Air Force Base. We were really pleased with the results of the program. In short we hosted Intermapper on our aircraft (the E-2 Hawkeye) we had modified with some IP capable radios. The aircrew used Intermapper to visualize what network connections were established with other aircraft or ground nodes, during their flight. This allowed them to make informed decisions on what to communicate and with who, in executing their tactical missions."
